I was set on a few weeks ago with 8 other people being told that the job was permanent but with the 12 week probation like most jobs, it hadn’t added up from day 1. When I signed my contract I had to write temporary but in my last job that was the same and we had to write permanent. Also most people were told the job was temporary but some us were told it was permanent. It definitely didn’t add up to me and then yesterday I was told I lost my job with the temporary contract we were on. I’m more upset that I was lied to in the interview when I asked if the job was permanent and upset that the company have been so sneaky about it with all of us just so they would get us to work with the company and get what they wanted. They will only do it again with Christmas temps now so just beware. Back onto actually working there, you never got breaks as you couldn’t have one until after 4 hours and most of the shifts they put you on were 4 hour ones. The building was really warm that all customers complained and we weren’t always allowed water with us or a fan beside us. There was no communication between management neither.

Minimum wage no apriciation, high labour turn over, no sick pay.
