waste on time not worth it - Customer Service Representative B&M Retail Employee Review

to be honest there is far too much wrong with working for this company. i started 7 years ago and every year it got worse and worse i even moved stores it was that bad. the management treat the staff like dirt i was a temp supervisor and it took 3 months for my pay to actually go up and instead of being temp for just Christmas i did nearly a full year of it and instead of offering me the job on a permanent basis they gave it to someone else it was a slap in the face for all the work and effort i put into helping them DO NOT WORK FOR THEM
