      Only good thing about working in b&m is that they sell good products for low prices other than that the place is disgusting

      Cons

      disgusting treatment from managers, they are all bullies, penalised for going to the toilets, dont stick to your contracts, always being put down by the management/supervisors. slagging you off in the office always disappearing on coffee breaks. Never praised for your hard work you put in this is the worst company i have ever worked for would not recommend anyone to apply there keep clear of the place.

      Absolutely None whatsoever terrible company that shouldn't exist

      They will kill you if you let them staff are unmotivated and impossible to manage They just pile stock in so you can't get to anything

      Pros

      Since joining B&M I was put onto a Step Up to Store Manager Program and Graduated in 2018. B&M really develop you. Great team spirit. Fun to work for. Really family.

      Cons

      Only thing is bad that sometimes it’s hard to Trade in a tight retail environment but that’s not the company fault it’s the customer and their shopping demands.
