You get no thanks or we'll done no matter how hard you work. I am a replen manager. The manager doesn't let me do my job he just wants to control the store but can't cos he ends up messing things up alot. I barley have my breaks unpaid or paid. I have done so much over time that really the company owes me alot of money due to working 2 night shifts starting 6pm. Meant to finish at 2am. But have to stay as the manger is giving me more tasks, didn't finish till 10am then had to be back in at 3pm.... After doing that. Not even a thank you or we'll done. Meanwhile. The shop floor and customer service manager gets a bottle of vodka and things even though they have even done no over time. No night shift. Nothing.... I assume its as they are women...
