1 Staff are not valued 2 to many different tasks issued at one time when they could be spread more evenly putting staff under less pressure 3 bad area manager extremely negative and never gives any constructive criticism 4 extended opening hours with no offical change of contract 5 although it promotes a healthy working life balance this isn’t the case without having to run to head office 6 lack of a spare uniform esp in winter when it’s harder to get clothes dry to have one uniform for 4/5 days is unacceptable 7 managers and supervisors reduced to tears on shop floor by area managers almost bullied 8 it’s extremely hard to get holidays that ur entitled too 9 if you are on a salary you’re expected to do extra hours unpaid

Very poor pay and underappfeciated
