Friendly staff that is all

Cons

Company going backwards since the new CEO came along. Made to feel undervalued. Long hours, made to feel like you can’t go home. No work-life balance. Company constantly raising their expectations, yet won’t provide you with the resources you need. Hourly pay is min wage. Salary pay is so far behind competitors. I could go on and on but I won’t. Just avoid this company.

Not much to be honest, training is poor, senior management show very little support and just like to complain

Cons

Face a lot of challenging situations that affect work-life balance and overall job satisfaction. They set unrealistic targets and then expect you to work more than your contracted hours without compensation. Additionally, it's not helpful when the Area Manager and regional manager are telling you different things, as this creates confusion and can be demotivating. It's important to have clear and consistent communication from management in order to do your job effectively and efficiently. Working under these conditions can be frustrating and demoralising. It's important to prioritise your well-being and this company does not care if your burning out from overwork.

Management is a shambles, Understaffed Underpaid Nobody ever wants to stay including Management and just brings the whole staff down. Wearhouse is always to full for the amount of staff we have Too much pressure on staff
