Pros

Can't think of any to mention

Cons

Ordering system terrible which results in far too much stock and not enough resource to deal with. Handling of Covid 19 atrocious. Only interested in sales not the people.

Pros

Majority of staff were friendly, a lot of young members of staff so it's easy to make friends.

Cons

I was bullied and discriminated against by my manager, reported her to HR and nothing happened, I then had various panic attacks at work and was confronted by my manager shouting at me. Management have no idea how to run a store and its a miracle the company are still going. Its a messy place to work and the managers have unrealistic expectations of how much work you are going to be able to do in your shift, meanwhile they're sat in the office with their shoes and socks off eating buscuits! you literally can't make it up. No training for anything, was expected to climb an industrial ladder to the top of the warehouse on my first day to carry down a microwave without ANY training or even a health and safety talk.

Pros

1. Staff are great 2. Paid breaks (to an extent) 3. Shop floor means shop floor, no tills as of yet. 4. Can leave on time 5. Overtime seems frequent.

Cons

1. Copy of my contract still not given 2. boot still not give although size was given. 3. Very unhelpful with little to no training in the job. 4. Management are lazy and literally dont lift a finger 5. Very small contract (8-12 hours weekly even for long standing employees) 6. Very small shifts, usually 4hours long to exclude giving staff breaks. 7. Pay is just minimum/ living wage, well below other retailers. 8. 0 perks, no online portal for rota, payslips etc. 9. Treat overtime like contract hours and cant decline. 10. Canteen is just a kitchen, no vending machines or any forms of hot food.
