Low pay, High expectations No reward incentive £10 christmas bonus Company values aren't with the staff, more like against them. Lowering the hours week on week under what they originally set out to then strip overtime and actual hours off the staff forcing them to have holidays and hoping they will take hope time off. Making one person do three people's jobs and then moan when the quality of work isn't to standards. Health and safety only suits them when an audit is due otherwise who cares when a firedoor is blocked. Company has its own mystery shoppers which forces management into a frenzy when they are on the patch and then it becomes a pressure just to maintain a standard which is OK anyway and if it isn't for whatever reason then all hell breaks out. Unnecessary pressure which forces the managers and the teams to struggle and pretend that the store and everything is ok when it really isn't. ALL COMES DOWN TO PATHETIC PAYROLL. Salary isn't worth it for the extra hours and which is free and unable to claim back

Constant pressure on visits. Mystery shoppers that work for the company? Everyone knows them by name and by person. Never leave feedback or reports. Pointless exercise. Overfacing on shelbves, no control of inventory Push to have brown box in the 1st aisle for it to get robbed. Punished on stockloss yet we are handing out electricals like no tomorrow to the light fingered. Excessive stock deliveries. Poor people structures. Process' poor yet the new guys are punished or bad mouthed for not doing a return to work yet collegues havent had them for years?? Oh and unless you fit in within a click your ousted and made to look the bad guy.
