Pros

They're growing, and fast, especially in IT. They're hiring a lot of people right now, and I believe with their growth rate, there will be a lot of opportunity to move up as you become more senior over your peers.

Cons

There seems to be some disconnect with senior management, but otherwise managers are helpful, and let you balance your work with your life.

Pros

Learn how to due with problems alone.

Cons

Poor management doesn't care their workforce, no work life balance, new staffs were being introduced by manager and they were come from the same company before...complicated relationships between employees. All mess and making same mistake on daily basic.

Pros

There are some smart people and you can get good experience

Cons

One of the most political organisations I know. Good performance is not recognised and you will only succeed if you don't challenge the status-quo or senior management. Alot of dead-wood in some very senior positions. Definitely a case of jobs-for-mates in this organisation.
