Bright people, exciting environment, great location in the heart of Chicago, fairness of management, challenges of communications and brand awareness needs, great benefits.

Cons

Because the headquarters are in London, it sometimes feels that there's a disconnect between the London and North American cultures. Perhaps, because my time there was so brief (due to the elimination of the entire corporate affairs function in Chicago), I didn't get the chance to engage in a way that would have helped me feel connected culturally. Then again, the layoff decision would seem to support the disconnect referenced above.
