Pay. A chance to gain more experience until you find something better.

Cons

Not the sharpest, and not willing to improve. They stubbornly forge ahead on a path regardless of its merits. Too much empire building. Poor work/life balance.

Lack of management direction, poor communication to staff, lack of delegation to deputise in the absence of a manager, too much contractor hire, not the market leaders in renumeration
