Pros

I can not think of any.

Cons

Don't care about their staff, only making money and often drive people to being ill. Too political and you have to fit in to what they want or they will get rid of you. Chosen people only progress.

Pros

Great benefits and well known company.

Cons

A highly toxic and unhealthy work environment. Senior management behaves unprofessionally, often projecting personal frustrations onto junior staff. Leadership demonstrates passive-aggressive behavior and concerning systemic patterns. Employees can expect isolation, intimidation, and bullying. If this is the type of culture you’re seeking, feel free to apply.

Pros

Benefits are decent but is outweighed by the cons

Cons

Absolutely inexperienced HR team. They do not have employee welfare in mind. They do put up a decent facade for shareholders
