Pros

Staff benefits such as share schemes and pension are great Nice office

Cons

Senior management could use additional oversight, lots of sexism from male staff and very hierarchical. It's great to have company values just a shame there is no oversight to ensure they are followed. PAY is low compared to the wider market and also not fairly distributed. The longer you serve Aviva the more you are penalized. Required to attend office but the parking infrastructure isn't there.

Pros

Equal parental leave, paid carers leave. Good bonus.

Cons

Forced in office mandate which senior leadership happily pat themselves on the back over. Makes staff miserable and mid level people managers make absolutely ludicrous demands such as come in five days a week to ‘up your stats’ when staff have been off with vomiting the week before and aren’t recovered. Parents being told they can’t pick up their kids for school. Great for a family friendly employer…
