Company does not support or appreciate US based employees. Opportunities for advancement are readily available for near shore and offshore employees but not for US based employees. On the US side it does not matter what you know or how hard you work it only matters who you know. Many senior managers make horrendous mistakes that cost the organization money and the answer is to let go of US based employees but the managers who made the mistakes do not receive any repercussions as long as they know the right people. Money can always be made up by moving positions to India

Atos India is in a brink of extinction. Atos France management is specially keen to layoff people from GDC India. They have already laid off 100s of their employees in India. At this dire stage also, Atos France believes in keeping the jobs in Europe and USA intact and fire from all the other GEOs. They do not believe in globalisation. This Indian Group Managers are only interested to save their own jobs by laying off people from India. They are highly biased in preserving the jobs of their own community. Customers are advised to stay off Atos since they are completely changing their model of support. They are prioritising quantity over quality for their own savings with zero benefits to the customer.
