This company value connections more than hard work. People who know top management get promoted more often, even if they aren't the best employees. Management and HR especially seem less experienced compared to the technical team. On top of that, gossip is encouraged by leadership, which creates a bad work environment for everyone. Employee value fluctuates based on immediate needs, and there's no clear system for salaries. You basically have to bargain for fair pay, and they only offer more if you threaten to leave. This lack of transparency and manipulative tactics make for a stressful work experience.
