Company does not support or appreciate US based employees. Opportunities for advancement are readily available for near shore and offshore employees but not for US based employees. On the US side it does not matter what you know or how hard you work it only matters who you know. Many senior managers make horrendous mistakes that cost the organization money and the answer is to let go of US based employees but the managers who made the mistakes do not receive any repercussions as long as they know the right people.
