RIFFS are common, job security non existent. They claim to care about their employees, when in reality it's just another another huge clueless corporation. A classic example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.

Everything else! You are not respected as an employee, extremely LOW salaries compared to other companies, almost NO yearly salary reviews. End year performance review is a joke, ends up in such a way that you should not have the chance to ask for a raise. NO 13th salary, NO bonuses no matter how good you are. Experienced people leave the company because of the poor management policy: Cost first, employees and quality delivered to the client later. Some colleagues earn less than a supermarket cashier. Poor internet connection due to the extremely greedy management makes working a pain. Salary raise? You can forget about that. If you get 20 EUR Net in raise you should say thank you and praise them. Cheap and greedy company mentality!
