      possibility to work from home Wide range of clients to work on atmosphere in the office and ability to learn new technologies

      Cons

      gratitude is something that you really can't count on senior employees are leaving because pay raises are missing and graduates are brought to replace them, but the technical skills are so different a lot of budget cuts

      Pros

      Reliable and solid employment. They pay mileage.

      Cons

      Once you prove yourself they just pile more work on you. Everyone good at their job is leaving. No matter how good of a job you do, or how much work you do, there is no reward. 5 years now, and I am a top performer, and no raise. I get promised a raise, "after pay freeze lifts", and then my manager takes another job, and a new manager steps in..
