High stress Low pay compared to others in industry Offshore management does not listen to the needs of the local management. Employees and customers getting more and more frustrated as agents continued to have more roles (must support at least 4 separate accounts) and responsibilities but does not compensate for the extra effort. Very little care for their employees make you feel like you can be disposed of at any time. No reward system for employees that do well or managers that do a great job. Very little to no opportunity for advancement.

1. No growth - one keeps on doing same old work for years 2. Nothing to learn - you won't be able to learn new things until and unless you take some steps by yourself 3. No good increments - yearly increments are for name sake. Also, no incentives or over-time 4. Good promotions only for those who have good rapport with manager. Even you have worked more than others but there is some other guy who has good rapport with manager, he will get promotion. Untalented people usually work this way here 5. HR department needs to be changed - its worse currently
