They do offer free lunch.

Cons

Constant conflict between departments, Bad managers, people dissapear without anyone knowing why, terrible HR department. Constant surveillance aka "go to the cameras"

Management is overly bureaucratic, HR does not handle employees’ needs very well, the atmosphere can be toxic due to a highly rigid corporate culture and lack of transparency across departments and teams.
