      Upper management in Quality department is inept and doesn't want to follow procedures, speed to market mentality is pushing products to market that are not really fully developed and risks mitigated

      Pros

      I love working for Arthrex. I feel like my opinions and input are respected and valued and I love the collaboration here. The benefits, too, cannot be beat (free lunch, money towards gym membership, 401(k) with company match). It's great to work for a place where I am busy, my work is helping surgeons treat their patients better and every person is valued.

      Cons

      Sometimes the place is so busy there are too many pots in the fire and it can be difficult to get timely responses from people. But it all gets done in the end.
