Pros

Nice offices, free lunch, Kool-Aid addicted colleagues, good location, nice facilities, great pizza, psychotic finance leadership, experts at stealing other companies' innovations.

Cons

The company culture, as described by internal Kool-Aid drinkers, is complete bs. The company is run by Reinhold's minions who have zero capability or authority to think on their own. I have never met less competent and more arrogant people than Arthrex "management." You've been warned.

Pros

Free lunch, newer facility, and near beach.

Cons

Don’t work for a company that doesn’t work for you at the start. They’re not invested in you as a long-term employee if they don’t give benefits in day 1. Don’t move out of state expecting long term retention. At day 91, I was left to dry with no explanation and no prior discussions from managers regarding performance. Once, I trained another manager how to do application I developed, he let me go. Managers do not provide any explanation about changing what I was doing. Out of the blue they let many of us go. Be cautious. Don’t trust this company is invested in you as an employee.

Pros

Benefits Ability to learn from others

Cons

Lowest paying compared to it's competitors Bad politics keep you from advancing Culture is flawed, lacks gender equality and diversity Individuals unfit to be leaders are promoted Individuals in nonleaderhip roles are not included in decision-making processes HR does not invest in human capital, will only defend leadership Difficult to be yourself, a lot of walking on egg shells Ridiculous amounts of pressure, leading to burn out with a sprinkle of poor criticism followed by psychological harassment A lot of people stepping over others to get ahead
