As noted in previous responses, we are currently reviewing compensation across all regions and teams, and will adjust salaries as needed to reflect the industry. I would also encourage you to start using the AFDS logbook to hold more frequent discussions with your line manager, as your progress throughout the year can more easily be tracked/documented for annual salary adjustments and bonuses. -Rick C.       Linch-pin of an entire industry

      Pros

      The company is chock full with super-bright people who are heavily committed to the success of the company. That shoes on a day-to-day basis with how easy it is to affect change when there's a customer knocking at the door, but is balanced by a good strategic view. ARM feels like a place where important things are happening and the company certainly punches above its weight with a huge proportion of the electronics industry relying on what we do.

      Cons

      The pace is relentless, but somewhat tempered by quite an academic consensus culture. Many new people find this balance very difficult to get used to.
