      Best place to learn... Not so good in employee treatment

      Pros

      Can learn a lot. Every new technology or processor or any IP present in the system will be accessible.

      Cons

      Treatment and facilities are not the same at different locations. Bangalore office has mediocre facilities. Food options are really bad and ADMIN team is pathetic. Scaling at a very high pace and talent acquisition has not been good of late.

      Thanks for leaving a review. I'm quite surprised to hear this feedback regarding the Bangalore office, as the feedback I've received is things have been improving there. Food options now include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and a full time snacks counter. I also understand that the tech park authority will be starting a common cafeteria for all companies too, this project has already started and may take few months until it is finished. In regards to the admin/Talent Acquisition teams, how have they not been able to support your team? If you do have an issue with the TA team or if there's anything that you feel we can do to improve on our office/facilities in general, please do let your HR business partner know, as we're here to support the business and we need open communication in order to assist!       Pros

      Good for seniors who already acquired good knowledge atleast in SRAM Memories. Work-Life Balance (depends on the project though - One person sits idle and one person slogs like hell) Rotation Policy - Can try moving to different departments for a short time.

      Cons

      No feedback taken about seniors from juniors although feedback system is available its only in the papers and enough freedom is not given to give a genuine feedback Managers can get aggressive at times and we cannot do anything about it. Moving up the ladder is very tough and to get a promotion even if one deserves one needs to slog like hell Seniors have a laid back life whereas all the work is dumped on to the juniors and if something goes wrong juniors will be blamed - this needs to be addressed.
