Thanks for leaving a review. We're in a very good position to reach billions of devices, so we're quite optimistic for the future! Because we've done so well recently, we've also grown quite rapidly. To your point, we have struggled to keep up with the growth in a manner that allows our engineers to function at their more efficient. That being said, we are catching up to where we need to be for the future, and not just for where we needed to be a few years back when. Thanks for leaving a review! We hire many brilliant engineers, who all share a passion for progress. This also includes the drive to learn many different skills as you mentioned. One of our key focus points from the engagement survey that employees participated in earlier this year is the need for sustained energy throughout the workday, which stems direcly from work load.
