Decent work, Good share options. The option for a sabbatical every four years is good. Peers are good and get to learn a lot from them.

Cons

Big company syndrome, Hard to shift divisions. Some departments are less criticial to the business that others. If you are unlucky and get stuck in one of them,you will find it hard to move,
