      Pros

      Blue chip company, highly skilled people, travel, pay and shares, a sense of purpose that everyone has and a well respected company in the industry.

      Cons

      big company mentality and divisions within the company can make things difficult to get done. Some customers hostile to ARM for being so successful.

      Thanks for leaving a review! We generally offer salaries in the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry performing a similar function. Many people see the base salary as the one to compare, but once you factor in the total compensation package, including bonuses, benefits and other reward structures, it is highly competitive for the market.
