This is a collegiate, consensus driven culture. If you aren't comfortable socializing ideas and expect management to tell you what to do, this company isn't a good fit for you.

Management listens to employees. We have regular employee engagement surveys and management pays attention to the feedback and acts on it. We have regular fun team building events. The prestige of working for an industry leader Generous salary and benefits including sabbaticals Good communication from management to employees. Regular updates from various levels of management up to and including the CEO

Cons

I have heard some positions have high pressure near delivery dates It is rare but occasionally a reorganization will result in people being let go for reasons not related to performance
