      Pros

      Few of the best electronics folks to work with. Almost flat structure you can easily talk to higher management. The company truly cares for the employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes talented people are stuck in bad teams.

      Gym Facilities on-site Coffee choices Free soda water (not regular water) Subsidized snacks (25cents) Subsidized lunch ($5) Volunteerism and Corporate Responsibilities Activities are provided

      Cons

      Arm is a project driven global partner so, weekend, after hours work required. IT department is distant. Users mostly resolve our own problems. Need equity share in stocks (RSU, ESPP etc.) Aggressive revenue targets decreases realized bonus plans.
