      Great people to work with.

      In general there was great communication by management; unfortunately some of the supervisors should not have been allowed to manage people.

      Pros

      Everyone is overall friendly and the benefits and pay are good for the area. The company really thinks highly of it's employees and treats them very well. What ever you need to do your job you pretty much get it. Tuition reimbursement and 401K are GREAT. The president of the company really cares and wants everyone to be happy and make the business productive.

      Cons

      Some long time employees are bitter and have bad attitudes, they can be difficult to work with. Everyone is not held accountable for their job and workloads are not always even. More structure, training and career guidance would be helpful. IT can be difficult to work with. Communication is not a strong point in US or Europe. Not a lot of room for career growth.
