The company invests a lot in safety, provides good benefits and compensation, but work-life balance is sometimes off as reduced headcounts sometimes result in people having to handle more than they should. Very good opportunities for mobility within the company.

Cons

Work-life balance is sometimes a negative. Each business unit has its own unique culture.
