      Pros

      Excellent technical group, with an extensive knowledge willing to share and help you grow your knowledge of the market, materials and chemistry. Great opportunities to shine and grow as a young professional. Plenty of motivation to take on new and interesting projects. Never a dull moment as every new customer brings a new technology and new challenges.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for your work. Inappropriate distribution of workload and compensation between equal level employees. Difficulties in alignment with management, marketing and sales. Technical success are often canned due to cost to move forward.

      Pays Well. Flexible hours. 401K. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Very Poor middle management and some poor upper management. Just announced company is moving to Houston, TX. Everyone has til the end of 2013 to find another job. Staying until the end of 2013 guarantees a separation package.
