      Pros

      Small company environment, work closely with all levels of staff from Plant Manager to Operators. Get to learn a variety of skills due to the number of products that are made.

      Cons

      Since being purchased by Arkema Inc, corporate groups all push down their agenda at the same time, making life a little difficult trying to handle all the tasks. Arkema is filled with people with their own agenda trying to get their name on something and then moving on. Sartomer is a specialty chemical company that is batch run, a lot of details make the product what it is. Arkema management do not understand this level and are constantly making knee jerk decisions.
