Pros

Hours and weekends off, peers

Cons

Management is terrible, compliance makes up rules as they go. One minute you’re doing a great job, the next they put you on a gross misconduct for the pettiest things you never knew you couldn’t do until you get on the gross misconduct. For example giving the customer some wrong information to access airport lounges is construed as a gross misconduct. Compliance management have never been in sales and makes up rules every other week for example not being able to use the word return when it comes to membership rewards points when that is exactly what they are getting a return. The company doesn’t have anyone’s back, we have your back is an understatement. It’s a joke. Very stressful. Not worth the stress. Upper management has never even done the job and they say they know how hard the job is and keep implementing new rules to make the job harder.

Pros

5 month paternity leave was great

Cons

You were penalized by your bosses if you took the full 5 months. The risk business instilled a culture of "do whatever it takes to please your bosses boss" which is pathetic.

Pros

Great brand and company to have on your resume Good family paid time off If your leader(s) and team is great, you'll have a good experience. Very easy to move around the company and try something new, as long as your boss has your back. Smart and hard working individuals

Cons

Very political. Colleagues won't hesitate to throw you under the bus when they get a chance. Usually it's, who do we blame vs lets fix this problem and move on from it. Competitive environment As most people has mentioned on here, pay is below par for NYC. Work will get monotonous. All the interesting and good ideas have been done already. And there's little appetite to try something new. Too much time spent creating power point slides. Very slow moving since there are so many levels that need to get approval. Used to have good work life balance but not so much anymore since the company has gone more lean.
