Pros

Big company, meeting different people.

Cons

Low pay, tries to give unhealthy pizza to compensate, a lot of managers doing no work, some teams with way too many people, some staff sitting in jobs for 10+ years, very political, only promoted if you are friends with the VP. Not flexible, forced days in office.

Pros

Endless opportunities to progress on your career. The company has so many opportunities and internal job openings that once you’re in, there’s need to change the company even if you want completely change your career path. Temporary work assignments offer a great way to get a feel of what you like to do before committing fully for a new position. Compensation for your time is good. Base pay is hourly and quarterly bonuses and annual raises are based on metrics and each employees performance. Benefits they offer are hard to beat including generous maternity leave, annual paid time off and financial assistance for school. Military spouse dream career!

Cons

Middle management can be hit or miss. Some are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their team and each individual’s success. Others seem to lost their interest on their position on being a leader or do not have the experience to perform a leadership position. Sometimes being part of such a huge company you can feel like you’re just a body to complete the work. However managers do offer opportunities to have one on one meetings or are always available when meetings are requested.
