Pros

- Amazon Web Services shows you from the very beginning that they seek for the long term and want to invest in you. During a minimum period of 2 months you are protected by your manager who make sure you are not assigned to engagement to ensure that you focus on the on-boarding plan with e-learning, webinar and certification preparation. This time allow you to embrace the culture and understand how the company is operating in a very unique way. - Amazon managed to be the most customer obsessed company in the world by creating leadership principles and tenets, this allows employees to align internally which gives lots of autonomy without repetitive management approval and kills internal toxic politics.

Cons

- Too many tools which give freedom but create complexity and duplicates.
