Pros
- very inclusive environment - ppl will want to meet and greet with you - it is a huge challenge once you master it you'll have lot of knowledge under your belt - although there are ppl above you in the hierarchy they always talk on the same lvl with you, basically showing you that they are humans also - starting especially in different country can be a struggle at the beginning however all the ppl around you at least can provide you with very useful information from their experience, some will even offer to assist you directly - it is not stressing environment at all, that said it does not mean you should just lay and do nothing while you are at work
Cons
- although English is main language within the company, when you are in a country that speaks other language then English probably it would be more dominant for everyday conversation and some small day2day activities - finding places to stay/live can be a real struggle if you are coming for work from another country, a little assistance (besides financial) could go a long way - the learning curve is steep, this is not disadvantage on its own however some processes can be more streamlined
