I could not have asked for a better place to start my working life than at AlphaSights. The key aspects that make me say this are the responsibility you get early on and the genuine support you receive at all levels of the organisation. It's as if you are toddler running and when you fall over someone is there to pick you up and set you back on your way. This support extended also extended during my application to business school. I was supported throughout the process by various people employees in the organisation, advising me on the written application and interviews. AlphaSights also offered me $70,000 sponsorship to support my studies at INSEAD, and more importantly did not require me to return following my studies, Having discussed this with the majority of my MBB-sponsored classmates this is a serious USP.
