      Very talented, prepared and smart people have joined since the IPO (so since the beginning of Adevinta on its own) Very international and diverse environment Great benefits and initiatives for employees Fantastic management team Great Barcelona office

      Quite intense working hours versus peer tech companies Salary levels are good for Barcelona, but low when compared to peers Unclear growth paths (unclear - not inexistent)

      - Company is still in the building phase after the demerge from Schibsted, so you need to be agile and flexible to feel at home here
