      Pros

      - a lot of skilled and smart people - focus on employees well-being - fantastic conditions (salary, perks and benefits) - focus on development - great office - flexible hours

      Cons

      - too much bureaucracy - many spoiled engineers - diminishing importance of central teams - marketplaces have too much power and independence - becoming too corporate - things going too slow - "meetings culture"

      Pros

      High empowerment of people and very good conditions to work, very focused on the company culture. Competitive salary and additional perks (health insurance, shares program, free breakfast, gym discounts etc). Offices are really great and very well located in 22@. You learn a lot surrounded by very talented individuals always following on the latest trends. A lot of flexibility for the employees to balance work and personal live.

      Cons

      Hard to find the sweet spot between autonomy & anarchy, sometimes processes are not optimum due to diversity of ways of working and lack of alignment.
