Pros

Company has a good spirit and goal (sustainability of consumer goods and help to find perfect match). There is some budget for teams and events. Divers, International. Training opportunities. The smart working policy allow each team decide on number of days to be in the office, in general remote work is a norm. Smart coworkers and cool initiatives.

Cons

Benefits vary a lot depending on the country. In France there are bare law minimum. Salary could be more competitive. Aiming towards unpersonalized services: HR becomes a self help desk platform with ticketing system. Data Science & ML are not the core business and priority for the company. With the change of CEO, there will be a lot of changes in the company structure which may not be best time for R&D.
