There are people that have been there for 30+ years and there are great benefits. In the Diagnostics division the products are excellent and world class.

Cons

The leadership is a mess. They have constant turn over and they lean on the side if micro-management. To include a culture of copying your direct boss on ever email you send. They also just added an additional layer of management for no particular reason.
