      The benefits are great, and the company overall is great to work for.

      Cons

      A terrible and poor excuse for a manager (initials: M.Y.), can make life MISERABLE. Even though he has no idea on how to do the job, he will make you hate your job.

      Pros

      Great overall corporate message and mission. You are contributing to surgeries occurring worldwide for pain management and movement disorders. Industry leader in the Med Device space. Competitive salaries and healthcare packages. Diverse staff.

      Cons

      Several problematic/toxic members of middle management and in supervisor roles. Many are brilliant at this business but awful at managing people. If you get a good manager, cling to them. High turnover; you see many talented people come and go. And odds are, your time will come at some point too. HR exists only to protect management, never has your interests in mind, even if you come with receipts.

      U have a job and can eat i guess somewhat

      Cons

      U will see others get promotions who aren't as hard of working or even able to do there own job and that u trained which makes little to no sense often times it has nothing to do with hard work but who ur boss likes. And workplace politics which isn't right at all.
