      No morals. Management is encouraged to lie and steal. They will look for someone to blame when the make mistakes and they will never give you credit when you save the day. They prefer "yes men" to people that can actually think and perform. If you want to grow look somewhere else.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are pretty good. This is a good company for professionals who want to gain experience in the medical device industry and then move on. Many employees enjoy work-life balance, but that may not be consistent across the company.

      Cons

      The company lacks vision and strategy, but manages to be successful in spike of that. I am unimpressed with the management team across multiple functional areas, especially at the VP level. Management is top-heavy throughout the organization. The morale is generally poor, likely caused by frequent employee lay-offs and poor management. The culture is quite hierarchical so if you don't mind just doing what you are told to do, you may not mind the culture.

      compensation and benefits are good

      no opportunity for career advancement, they hand pick "favorites" from within and promote them to roles that they themselves even say they are not qualified for, then act surprised when everything blows up in their face. When it blows up their first solution is to lay everyone off (except the management that caused the problem).
