Excellent compensation and benefits. Can shine with minimal effort if you know whom to impress. Siloed culture and complicated business processes make for a bureaucracy that is easy to hide behind.

Cons

Executive management is out of touch. Sycophantic upper management. Lack of a coherent culture.
