Pros

Great people good development opportunities. Well known global brand

Cons

No business direction just words with no actions against them. Leadership terrible and blame those working for them for lack of progress. Institutionalised management no hope of achieving the innovation and transformation this company needs. Terrible technology. In a spiral of decline.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and share your thoughts with us - we take your feedback very seriously - it helps support continuous improvement in the business areas concerned. I was pleased that you said there are ‘great people and good development opportunities’ - personal and career development is something we take great pride in and strive to promote across the teams. It was not so great to read that you do not see AXA’s leadership in the same light. Our new CEO has shared his key priorities for 2019, which are available to read on One. There are also Executive blogs with the opportunity for employees to ask questions and share their thoughts and concerns on AXA’s strategic direction. All our leaders invite feedback directly to them so please do please use those avenues if you have comments that can help all of us make things even better.

Pros

Bonus every year (minus the extra bribery bonus they gave to keep us with the fret to take it back if we left) free teas and coffees, fun social life with people

Cons

Favourtism amongst team leaders who don't do anything but go into meetings all day. Over worked seniors, constant drama and two faced people, team changes like every few months, no correct structure, personnel development, crap training and coaching and overall most immature unprofessional company to work for. Oh and crap pay.

We take the wellbeing of our employees very seriously and its disheartening to read that your time with AXA was not a positive one. There are continuous improvement changes underway in this business area and we are confident this will improve the overall experience for our employees, from new recruits to management level.

Pros

Colleagues (Some not all) Social Life

Cons

Management at the Tunbridge Wells offices need looking at as they have one rule for them and one rule for another. When raising a grievance they try and play down the bullying.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your time working with AXA. It is nice to read that you had some good working relationships with fellow colleagues, but not so nice to read that this wasn’t your experience with your local management. We take this feedback very seriously. Internal support continues to be available through our Learning & Development team to ensure Managers are suitably equipped to perform their roles effectively.
