Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is fantastic to read that you view the opportunity for fast progression as a positive for working at AXA. Our business is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers and to support our goal of moving from being ‘Payer to Partner’. This will from time to time impact our business’ internal budgets, but with the view to have minimal impact of our employees wherever possible. We have positive feedback from our employees around our inclusivity but if you feel this could be made even better please do talk to your department leads or our members of our Employee Resource Groups who would love to hear your ideas.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback helps us to reflect, change and it helps support the business’ continuous improvement plans. It’s really nice to read that you view progression opportunities as a pro of working with AXA. A lot of work goes into ensuring our people know what is available for them through development, training etc and also through roles available internally. Regarding your comment on risk and red tape – this is something we are trying to move away from as ways of working – our employees thoughts and ideas on this are always greatly received so do feedback to your local business unit if there are things you think need changing. As you know we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we must ensure whilst we are constantly evolving, strict compliance guidelines are followed to protect our employees and customers so there will always be some red tape!
