      Can be slow moving with progress limited by needless bureaucracy and control from AXA group in Paris.

      Pros

      Nice people work there so you form strong bonds with them. Free city centre parking saves you £5 per day.

      Cons

      Set breaks and lunches so you are literally tied to your desk. QA process is diabolical almost impossible to get a pass and targets are way too high.
