Only thing good is that they have a ping pong table. Nothing else is good about this company. Oh do have weekend off. So I guess that's good.

Cons

Where to start. Management is a joke. No structure. Management goes back on what they say and have to constantly worry about your pay. Which is complete garage as it is. You do get salary plus commission but you salary is basically nothing and you hardly make any commission. I was top sales made barely minimum wage. Not a good company to work for.

Some of the nicest people to share the struggle with

Incompetent, inefficient, downright nasty and offensive at times. Lack of planning, unreal expectations and complete lack of cooperation from management. Employees' suffering is apparent, and pretty much everyone is looking for a way out. The resentment is apparent and is shared in the kitchen, at lunch tables, at cigarette breaks and private chats. If you have any other options in tech it's probably better, more knowledgeable and more pleasant than this place.
