Cant find any possitive aspects of working here

Cons

Micromanaging. It’s fake that there are flat hierarchies. No employee benefits and they expect you to work overtime basically all the time, so no work life balance. Greedy company. Salary even lower than the average market. Difficult to trust on someone, people has two faces, not team oriented. The hierarchy forgets they are in a start up and innovative company, and manage everything like an old school company.
